To whom it may concern,
I am a first-time home buyer and I have absolutely no experience in real estate or the home buying process. At the suggestion of my family to find a real estate agent to help me in my search for the most important and expensive investment of my life (so far … ), I happened to find Jackie Shoun’s phone number on the internet among an endless list of available agents. I took a chance and gave her a call. After speaking to her on the phone for the first time, I knew that I made the right choice. Throughout my entire experience with Jackie, she has demonstrated many impressive qualities which I would like to share.
Jackie has a strong work ethic which was evident in all of the preparation she would take to find and create a list of properties for my wife and I to see. She was accommodating in the way she would include properties that I would find and how she would meet with me to see the properties on the random days that I could or on such short notice. She has always been patient when my wife and I would take the extra time to look at all the homes we saw. When I found the house that I wanted to buy, Jackie’s hard work, persistence and determination were the crucial factors which helped me fight through all of the red tape and purchase my home. Jackie’s knowledge of home buying made the whole process flow as smoothly as possible.
I cannot adequately express how grateful I am to have had Jackie by my side through such a tedious and seemingly never ending process. That fact that I writing this letter in my own wonderful home even though I wanted to give up multiple times during the process is a testament to Jackie’s strength and level of commitment. Most importantly, her understanding and caring personality made me feel as if I was working with an old family friend. If anyone I know is looking for a home, I will recommend Jackie Shoun.
